Born in Malta and educated in Australia, Victor grew up in a family that preferred rental property investments. He has 44 years of experience with NSW Health as a Senior Clinical Nurse, both on the ward floor and in senior clinical and educational roles within the community, caring for some of the most vulnerable older persons as a member of the Aged Care Assessment Team.

He has extensive experience communicating with people from all walks of life. He has spent many years in the NCAT Guardianship Division, ensuring that vulnerable individuals were protected from exploitation and received proper care. For over 10 years, he served as a delegate for the Commonwealth Minister for Health and Ageing, authorizing thousands of dollars' worth of Commonwealth-funded nursing home, hostel, and in-home care services.

Victor has been a landlord for over 31 years, managing a rental property portfolio in partnership with his wife, Gail. His firsthand experience as a landlord brings unique insights and expertise to the role. Having managed their own investment portfolio, he understands the challenges and responsibilities of being a landlord. This personal experience allows him to effectively bridge the gap between property owners and tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient management process.

Victor is equally comfortable in hands-on roles as well as executive tasks, and he brings his passion for fairness, problem-solving, and sound business decision-making to the table.
