On occasion I have all or most of my team in the office at the same time and I am quite pleased that we represent many cultures among our team as well as have people on the team from 16 to 73. (I am the old guy) and we have people from Iran to Sweden, England, Philippines, Greece, Malta, and even a couple from Australia.
In addition to this we expose our clients/customers to enquiries for across the world.
In fact we are able to say that we sell a property every 30 seconds somewhere in the world.
People that log onto our promotions on the various websites have the ability to select any of about 70 plus languages to read.
As multicultural as Australia is this can be a major benefit in getting our message across.
