The main difference between the so called good market and what is currently a negatively commented market, is the number of people inspecting homes has reduced but the people that have to buy are still there. With more properties to choose from, Vendors have one major factor working for them and that is presentation, we get one chance to make a good first impression on our buying prospects and that of course, is presentation.
