Feedback indicates that you enjoy my messages. Every week I hear from someone new who has this great idea for making my life easier. Everyone seems to want to put their hand in my pocket. I try to keep an open mind so I listen. At the end of the day this is a business of finding buyers willing to pay a fair price for a property is not that complicated but there is a way to achieve better results and I believe that having one or more of my team in the top 3 of our franchise on a regular basis is a fair indicator that we are doing something right. I also take into consideration the numbers of positive thank you notes and photos from happy clients and customers.
So, if you want to move home for a great reason then you need to make the best of it and this is where my team comes into its own. We train twice a week to focus on getting more people to call us and qualify them to then have them visit the homes they can afford and satisfy most of their desires. We prefer to not have people inspect just because they can. Time is valuable and we like to use it well. Our level of communication with our vendors is second to none and we think this is the most important role we play. Of course the most important thing we do is negotiate price. terms of sale etc. and the aim is to have all parties feel they have had a win and more often in this market we find ourselves acting for the vendor in their sale and their new purchase which works very well for everyone.
Sellers and buyers need to be a little more flexible in this market and we have the skill and background knowledge to make the best of just about any situation for the benefit of our clients and customers alike.
