TALENTED PENRITH AGENT IS TOP ROOKIE FOR AUSTRALIAN NETWORK
Gizzelle Powell from RE/MAX Lifestyle Marketing was named the RE/MAX Australia Rookie of the Year for 2017 at the network’s gala event at Brisbane’s Royal International Convention Centre on 15th February this year.
RE/MAX Australia opened the award to agents who were new to the industry, licensed after January 2016 and have attained a recognised achievement status within RE/MAX since beginning their career.
Ms Powell came to real estate with a wealth of experience in customer service, joining RE/MAX in November 2016.
“My previous experience instilled a great focus to customer service and I love honing my sales and marketing skills to give customers a completely satisfying real estate experience.
“I always go the extra mile in finding the best solution to satisfy my clients, and their joy when they have successfully bought or sold a property drives my passion even further.
“I think the secret to my successful relationships with my clients lies in the fact that I ask them what it is that they need.”

RE/MAX Australia also recognised Ms Powell and RE/MAX Lifestyle Marketing’s Litsa Meleti amongst its high achievers. Based on their 2017 sales activity, Ms Powell was awarded Gold Club status and Ms Meleti reached 100% Club.
“RE/MAX Club Awards recognise the preparation, effort, performance and commitment essential to real estate success and although awards are based on sales achievement, a sales associate’s influence and impact grows as they move through the tiers,” said Mr Michael Davoren, Managing Director RE/MAX Australia.
He said that 2017 had provided a generally solid market, giving the network and its individually owned businesses opportunity for growth.
