WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO SELL?
Softer lending in recent times is also affecting the owner occupier market according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, while Investor loan approvals are as low as they were in 2013. First home buyers entering the market are up 19% from 2016-2017. I note also that some 30% of the buyers have purchased investment properties instead of owner-occupied.
Investors are behaving with a great deal of caution and definitely looking for bargains only. Vendors that feel they have no choice but to sell now should make just one more call and I am happy to take that call on 0412 355 020 as I feel every option available should be considered unless the seller intends buying in this market too.
When we receive calls from property owners who are not sure what to do, we take into account all aspects of their situation and only then look at the best way forward for the family.
